The blazer: features 2 buttons at the front and a Peak lapel. A Peak lapel is the folded collar on the chest with the lapel points facing upward. The back of the blazer has a single back vent. Furthermore, the blazer includes a matching pocket square in the breast pocket and a four-button cuff, which means there are 4 buttons on the sleeve.
